Men Complaining Badly
Female advocates complain less! Yep. That is what I just learned from a research survey by Empathica on how gender impacts interaction online with retail brands. According to the research, women are more likely to recommend a product or service using social media compared to men — 35% vs. 28% of men. However, men are more likely to complain or see resolution to a problem than women — 4% vs. 2%. Interesting tidbit on what people who care about brands, products or services — advocates– do online when it comes to retail.
